T.P. Sreenivasan is a former Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations, Vienna and Governor for India of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Vienna and Ambassador to Austria and Slovenia (2000-2004), T.P. Sreenivasan has served in the Indian Foreign Service for 37 years. His previous postings were as Deputy Chief of Mission in the Embassy of India, Washington, (1997-2000) High Commissioner of India to Kenya and Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations in Nairobi, (1995-1997) Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations, New York. (1992-1995) and Ambassador to Fiji and 8 other South Pacific Island States (1986-1989). He has also served in New Delhi, Tokyo, Thimphu, New York and Yangon. He rose to the highest level in the Indian Foreign Service in 2001 and retired in 2004.

Mr. Sreenivasan has nearly 20 years of experience in multilateral diplomacy and has represented India at a number of international conferences organised by the United Nations, the Commonwealth and the Nonaligned Movement.  He has chaired several UN Committees and Conferences. Mr. Sreenivasan has a creditable academic record, having stood first in the University of Kerala in B.A. (English) and M.A. (English).  He has won several distinctions during his student days.  He speaks Japanese and Russian.

 Mr. Sreenivasan was a member of the National Security Advisory Board of the Government of India from 2009 to 2012. He is presently the Director General, Kerala International Centre and an Adviser to ‘Asianet’ and produces a weekly TV programme on international issues entitled ‘VidesaVicharam’. He also contributes articles regularly to Indian and foreign publications, such as the “Asia Wall Street Journal”, New York Times (India Ink), the Hindu, the Times of India, Rediff.com, Malayalamanorama and Mathrubhumi. He is a Visiting Professor of International Relations and Chair of the Centre for Diaspora Studies at the Central University of Kerala. Kasaragod. He was the Executive Director of‘IAEA 2020’, a project launched by the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Vienna. He served as the Vice Chairman of the Kerala State Higher Education Council from 2011-16.

Mr. Sreenivasan was a Visiting Fellow on Foreign Policy at the Brookings Institution, Washington in 2009. He is the author of four books: ‘Words, Words, Words—Adventures in Diplomacy’, ‘Encounters’ ‘Mattering to India-the ShashiTharoor Campaign' and 'Applied Diplomacy Through the Prism of Mythology'.Mr.Sreenivasan is presently Director of the NSS Academy of Civil Services and Director General of the Kerala International Centre, Thiruvananthapuram.

Shri.Salim Gangadharan served as Regional Director of Kerala and Lakshadweep at Reserve Bank of India from April 2012 until October 2013. Shri.Salim Gangadharan has been working with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for over 30 years. In his career in Reserve Bank of India,Shri. Salim Gangadharan has worked in various Operational Departments, particularly in bank supervision and financial markets. He served as Chief General Manager of Reserve Bank of India. He has been the Non-Executive Chairman of The South Indian Bank Ltd. since November 2016 and its Independent Director since January 16, 2014. Shri.Gangadharan served as a Director at Central Bank of India from July 30, 2010 to March 13, 2014. He was also a Member Faculty in the Bankers’ Training College of the Reserve Bank of India, for five years and handled several seminars and conferences on Risk Management, Payment Systems and Treasury Management etc. He was also on secondment to the Central Bank of Oman for five years. He was associated with the IMF Team to assess the need for convergence in supervisory practices across the GCC countries, as part of the proposed MonetaryUnion. He was part of several internal Working groups in Reserve Bank / Government of India. He served as a Director of Syndicate Bank Ltd. from August 30, 2006 to February 27, 2007. He has also presented papers in several seminars, including at the Centre for Central Banking Studies, Bank of England.

Shri.MGA Ramen joined the Indian Police Service in 1972. His service in Kerala spreads almost over to all districts. He had a very distinguished service, marked with memorable instances throughout. Maximum extent of skill and earnestness was his motto, which attracted the appreciation of all. He was decorated with the President’s Police Medal for Meritorious service in 1993 and for Police Medal for distinguished services in 2003.He is Patron of the Kerala Vigilance Study Circle,Trustee of Chinmaya International Foundation,Chief Liaisoning Adviser to Indus Towers Ltd, Kochi.Adviser to Share and Care Charitable Trust, Thodupuzha.


Justice K. P. Balachandran

K.P. Balachandran (Rtd. Judge High Court of Kerala)

Born at Haripad on 01-06-1947.Became Munsiff on 14-06-1979 and worked as such at Hosdurg, Kayamkulam, Varkala, Ernakulam and Perumbavoor. Promoted as Sub Judge on 15-11-1984 and worked as such at Parur and Ernakulam. On 1st June 1989 promoted as District Judge and worked as Addl. District Judge at Kottayam, Trivandrum and Kollam.Worked as Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge, Trichur from 1997 to 1999 and Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge Trivandrum from 1999 to 2000. While working as Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge both at Thrissur and Trivandrum, functioned as Sabarimala Special Commissioner also. Thereafter, worked as District Judge, Manjeri in 2000 and Co-operative Tribunal in 2001-02 and as District Judge, Thodupuzha from 2002 to 2004.Appointed as Permanent Judge, High Court of Kerala on 28-10-2004.


Bobby Abraham Mathew FCA,FRM,CIM

Bobby Abraham Mathew graduated from University of Kerala majoring in Accounting and thereafter secured a Master Degree in Finance from the same University. He pursued his professional accreditation with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is now a Fellow Member on practice since the year 1996. He further secured the prestigious Financial Risk Manager Certification of the Global Association of Risk Professionals the only globally recognized institution for Professional Financial Risk Managers. He has also specialized on portfolio and securities management globally and is a Chartered Investment Management title holder of Canadian Securities Institute the regulatory agency of Securities Activities in Canada. Has attended higher executive program on Mergers and Acquisition of the Harvard University.

He commenced his professional career with Australia New Zealand Grindlays Bank (Now Standard Chartered India) and thereafter moved to Kuwait with an assignment in the Investment Management Industry in the year 1997 as a Financial Analyst. The subsequent five years of his tenure within global investment management industry has given him wide in depth and varied exposure to global cross border direct and indirect investments across USA, Europe, Far East and Greater China. He has also been ardent follower of Indian Capital Markets.

In the year 2004 he was identified by a high level committee of The Government of Kuwait under Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development to head the consultancy activities of its subsidiary Kuwait Consultancy and Investments Company as Principal Economic Consultant. He had spear headed the consultancy of many mega projects of the Government of Kuwait during his tenure such as the multibillion Failaka Island project, Boubyan Port Project and over three dozens of BOT and Kuwait Government Funded Projects in Bosnia, Croatia, Sudan, Yemen, Egypt and other Arab countries.

Since the year 2007 he has been associated with Musaad Al Saleh group a prominent  conglomerate having diversified economic interest across various industry sectors such as real estate, education, healthcare, technology, banking and industrial production companies in USA and Kuwait having proprietary funds under management of AUM US $1.8 Billion. He also represents the Board of Directors of Musaad Al Saleh Group as an independent director. He is an accredited Risk Manager of the Capital Markets Authority of Kuwait.

In the year 2010 he was nominated to the Board of Trustees as an Honorary member of the oldest Indian School in Kuwait namely the Indian Community School a nonprofit entity supervised by the Embassy of India in Kuwait. He had headed several committees including finance and thereafter Academic committees. He has turned around the Academic performance of the school by 180 degree by convincing and presenting to the Board of Trustees on the economy and efficiency of merging senior classes across four schools to one single location and converted the branch into a Junior College with wide scale infrastructure enhancement without any increase in fee structure. This has resulted in the schools performance to sky rocket with focused and concentrated efforts on senior students. Since the merger in 2012 the school has outperformed all other 20 private sector for profit Indian Schools operating in Kuwait and has secured several awards from the CBSE Gulf Council. He has also introduced several disruptive initiatives including rating and grading the teachers based on written test through Singapore based test providers and through several other performance benchmarks. Inducted new principals sourced from India’s finest educations institutions.

In the year 2014 he was unanimously chosen by the Board of Trustees as the Honorary Vice Chairman of the school the youngest member to become the Vice Chairman in the schools 57 year old history. He has also performed his role as an Acting Chairman of the Board of Trustees during the year 2014-15 lead managing the Board of Trustees functions that comprise of 19 member boards of prominent Indians and Businessmen in Kuwait.

He is an active and prominent member of the Indian Community in Kuwait.


K. C. Chandrahasan

Sri. K. C. Chandrahasan is Managing Director, Kerala Travels Interserve. He became the Managing Director of Kerala Travels in 1976.  In 1997, he formed Kerala Travels Interserve. The Interserve network then expanded to include similar representations in 40 countries.  Kerala Travels Interserve was the   first travel house in South India to win the National Award for Excellence in tourism in 1999. Served as its Managing Director till September 2016. Vice President​  KERALA TRAVELS INTERSERVE(2002-2012)​. PRESIDENT TAAI- KERALA CHAPTER(2002-03).Chairman , Kerala, Air Passenger Association of India  ( from 25 February 2017​). President Trivandrum Khadi Sarvodaya Sangh. Project Coordinator Mission 21 C. Cornerstone Member Rotary Institute of Children in need of special care. Advisory Committee Member, Trivandrum Airport. Advisory Committee member ASAP. CHAIRMAN -INTERSERVE LTD (200​4​-2011).

Was also the visionary and the driver behind three of the path breaking tourism projects in Kerala viz 'The Thekkady Tiger Trail' in which 21 poachers were rehabilitated and trained into forest guides thereby ensuring sustainability both for them and the forest. This project won the National award of the Govt. of India and also selected as one of the twenty Best Practice Papers in the World.

Another award winner was the 'World of Wings', which was an ornithological journey through the nature and life of Kerala. The biggest and the most applauded project had been the 'Lullaby at Varkala' in which the 164 anganwadis spread across 81 sq kilometers were transformed to be used as the social reform points. The students and the parents of these pre schools were the direct beneficiaries of the touristic activities.

KCC had his stints in the fine arts side as well. Has authored seven Malayalam plays,  was the hero in the award winning Malayalam film "Mini" made by the noted actor Madhu. The same had won the prestigious award in Tokyo and Malmo film festivals of 1993.He has written and directed two Malayalam films " Pratheeksha " and "John Paul Vaathil Thurakkunnu".He is also a noted stage show producer/ director. Three of the prestigious KTMs were opened with his shows. The show directed by him for Art Of Living which featured 162 Kathakali artistes live on stage won for him the entry into The Guinness book of world Records".He has travelled all through the world including the Arctic and Antarctic from where he has Polar Bears and Penguins also as his friends.Currently engaged in yet another disruptive initiative which will make the public and large, the real players of the tourism industry. Plan to launch the same in Kerala in late 2018.
